Fittings are customized and tailored to the individual’s specific activity and mobility needs. In consultation with doctors, therapists, and the patients themselves, a precisely tailored solution is developed that offers safety and comfort in everyday life.
Exoprostheses for the Arme, and legs are customized to account for the level of amputation and the condition of the residual limb. Specialized options, such as sports or waterproof prostheses, are also part of the modern range of prosthetic solutions.
In addition to individualized prosthetic care, an annual “ Anwenderschulung für Prothesenträger ” (Prosthetics Day) is held. It provides an opportunity to share experiences with others in similar situations and supports the safe use of the prosthesis as well as its acceptance in daily life. Orthopedic technicians provide professional guidance to participants, answer questions about prosthetic care, and offer practical advice for the individual use of the prosthesis.
