Contents
This training course provides practical instruction on the legal foundations of hygiene and disinfection, as well as relevant provisions of the Infection Protection Act and current KRINKO recommendations. Additional topics include the skin protection plan, the proper use of skin protection, skin cleansing, and skin care, as well as surface disinfection and current recommendations regarding bucket systems and RTU wipes. In addition, updates to the KRINKO recommendation from October 2024—particularly regarding the reprocessing of endocavitary ultrasound probes—will be presented.
