Involuntary weight loss is very common in patients suffering from tumors. All too often, however, too little attention is paid to it. Nutrition therapy started at an early stage has a positive influence on the prognosis and quality of life of patients.

Nutritional therapy should therefore be part of tumor therapy. This seminar explains how malnutrition can be diagnosed, which nutritional therapy should be initiated and shows what adequate nutritional therapy can achieve.
