Under the motto: "Accompany, advise, encourage", we would like to invite you to come and talk to our experts and partners.
This day of action is aimed at all people with support needs. Our aim is to provide you with guidance, answer questions and
show you ways in which you can shape your everyday life safely, independently and actively.

**What can you expect?
Many committed institutions, organizations and experts will present their offers for an active, safe and self-determined life in old age.

You can look forward to many activities - including:

• Keeping your memory fit - little exercises for clever minds
• Movement that is fun! Drumming, chair dancing & swinging cloth invite you to join in
• Rollator course - practical test for safe driving with the rollator
• Dementia simulator - insights into the world of dementia patients
• Advice To Go - on topics such as power of attorney, dealing with smartphones,
  Alina app
• Blood sugar and blood pressure measurements - free of charge without an appointment
• Games, sports and craft activities
• 2 drum groups from the Parkinson's self-help group and the Machtlos e.V. association
  demonstrate their skills
• Safe mobility in everyday life - test the bicycle and e-scooter simulator and discover the city bus up close

The event will be moderated and accompanied live by BB Radio. You can look forward to lots of hands-on activities, personal discussions and interesting topics. Come along and bring friends or family with you.
